Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
This Refund & Return Policy applies to products sold by Healthy Ventures, LLC, including but not limited to the brands Pureables®, Loveables™, and Slimables™(collectively, “Healthy Ventures Products”) purchased directly through official brand website healthyventures.com.
1. Satisfaction Commitment & Eligibility
Healthy Ventures, LLC is committed to providing quality health and wellness products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help — within defined limits designed to protect both consumers and our operations.
This refund policy applies only to your first-time purchase of a specific product and only for one unit (bottle or package)per product per household.
To qualify for a refund, your order must have been:
- Purchased directly from one of our official brand websites
- Delivered within the last 30 calendar days
Refunds and replacements are not available for:
Subscription orders that were not canceled or paused before shipment
Reorders or bulk orders of the same product
Items shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input error
Purchases made through third-party retailers (please contact them directly)
Healthy Ventures, LLC reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that, in its sole discretion, appear to be excessive, fraudulent, or abusive of this policy.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement:

2.Provide your:
- Order confirmation number
- Description of your issue or reason for dissatisfaction
- Original packaging and product (retain these for potential return or inspection)
Your request will be reviewed by our customer support team. If approved:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Replacements will be shipped within 7–10 business days, subject to availability
Note:Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not cover return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by our team.
3. Changes or Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes. While we make every effort to fulfill your request promptly, we cannot guaranteechanges or cancellations after your order has entered the fulfillment process.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Healthy Ventures, LLC shall not be held liablefor any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery issues, refund decisions, or customer service interactions.
Healthy Ventures, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Use of any Healthy Ventures Products, including Pureables®, Loveables™, and Slimables™, is at the sole risk of the consumer. It is the consumer’s responsibility to read labels, review ingredients, and consult a qualified health professional if uncertain about any product's suitability.
